  • Take Ted Williams Tunnel out of the Airport to Boston
  • Pass through tunnel and you will be on Rte 90 West - Massachusetts Turnpike
  • Follow 90 West to Routes 95 + 128 North
  • Travel on Route 95 + 128 North to Exit 30 [Rte. 2A West / Concord]
  • Travel on 2A West for 3 and 1/4 Miles Bear Right at Fork in Road
  • Follow sign for Concord [Lexington Road]
  • Travel 1 and 1/4 Mile farther and the Inn is on the Left Side of the Road
  • The Hawthorne Inn is directly across from Hawthorne's Home, the “Wayside”

  • Take 293 North/Route 101 West to Route 3 South. [Rte 3 is a toll road marked F.E.Everett Turnpike]. Or...
  • Take 293 South/Route 101 East to Interstate 93 South. Then...
  • Follow Everett Turnpike/Rte 3 South or Interstate 93 South to Massachusetts where you will bisect Interstate 95/Rte 128.
  • Get onto Interstate 95/Rte 128 South and travel to Exit 30 B [Rte 2A West/ Concord and Hanscom Field].
  • Follow Rte 2 A West for 3 ¼ miles and bear Right at fork in road [follow signs for Concord].
  • After fork travel another 1 ¼ miles to the Hawthorne Inn [ on Left side ].

  • Take Hutchinson River Parkway North.
  • At Connecticut border highway changes names to Merritt Parkway North [Rt.15].
  • Follow Merritt Pkwy North. It changes to Wilbur Cross Pkwy near Milford CT.
  • Follow Wilbur Cross Pkwy North to Rt. 91 North.
  • Follow Rt. 91 North towards Hartford CT to Rt. 84 North.
  • Follow Rt. 84 East into Massachusetts.
  • Take Massachusetts Turnpike [Rt. 90] East towards Boston.
  • Follow Rt. 84 East to Rt. 95 and 128 North.
  • Follow Rt. 95 and 128 North to Exit 30 [Rt. 2A West / Concord and Hanscom Field].
  • Travel on 2A West for 3 ¼ Miles, Bear Right at Fork in Road.
  • Follow sign for Concord [Lexington Road].
