Rates and Policies
The Hawthorne Inn, c. 1870, offers the comfort of seven vibrant guestrooms that all abound in a refreshing mix of original artworks, antique furnishings, quilts, poetry books and ancient artifacts. All guestrooms, in our smoke-free environment, possess a private bath replete with abundant amenities. Our overnight guests enjoy complimentary breakfast served each morning, on hand-painted Dedham pottery, around a convivial common table.
Rates
Lodging rates vary seasonally with demand.
Corporate rates available for single business travelers Sunday-Thursday.
Two night minimum booking may be required during Holidays, Events, and Autumn.
Double Bed Guestroom: $110.00-$245.00. Per night for two guests
Queen Bed Guestroom: $125.00-$245.00. Per night for two guests
Single Accommodation: $ 95.00-225.00. Per night for one guest.
Extra Guest in room: $ 30. Per night.
All lodging fees will be assessed 9.7 % Massachusetts Room Occupancy Tax.
Reservations and Deposit
A deposit of one/half total lodging fee [one night minimum] is required for all confirmed reservations. Deposit may be placed on Visa, American Express, Master Card or Discover credit card accounts.

Confirmed reservations may be canceled [4:00 P.M.] 14 days prior to initial reservation date to assure a Deposit Refund [less 15% total lodging fee held as a handling charge].

Inn Policy
For the comfort of our guests the Inn maintains a smoke-free environment.
We invite smokers to utilize the ashtrays provided on the porch and garden patio.
Children, travelling with well-behaved adults, are always welcome.
Our resident cats and dogs are eager to entertain you upon request.
They do, however, instruct that you leave your own pets at home.
Guests may check-in from 3:00-9:00 P.M.
Guests are asked to notify the Innkeepers if you intend a late arrival.
Check-out is 11:00 A.M.
The Inn provides off-street parking.
Advice, career counseling, dog adoption service, travel information, tips for the newly married [or soon-to-be], weather pronouncements, Boston driving alert, succor, support and humor are offered at no extra charge.
